Gift Vouchers are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed at eurostar.com.
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed against any train, hotel, Train + Hotel or travel insurance booking of any value.
Any balance left on a Gift Voucher on the expiry date will not be reimbursed to the customer.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Voucher Express reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher in the event that it becomes aware of a contravention of this term.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Please protect a Gift Voucher and treat it as cash. Voucher Express and Eurostar cannot be held liable for Gift Vouchers which, once activated, are subsequently lost or stolen.
Eurostar reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
Voucher Express and Eurostar reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the Gift Voucher if necessary (e.g. to change or stop selling Gift Vouchers).

Gift Vouchers ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the email address you enter.

For the same reason, Eurostar shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed by Voucher Express.
Please check your Gift Voucher order confirmation as soon as you receive it and report any problems immediately.
Payment must be cleared before we can send your Gift Voucher. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase and will show as 'Voucher Express' on your credit/debit card statement.
We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.

Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control, for instance disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
