Is there a delivery fee for Eurostar Gift Vouchers?
No. Eurostar Gift Vouchers are sent by email, so delivery is free of charge. All you pay for is the amount you put on the Gift Voucher.
 
Can I change the value of a Gift Voucher after I've paid for it?
Unfortunately not.
 
How do I cancel a Gift Voucher order?
If you've selected a future delivery date and your Gift Voucher hasn't been sent yet, you can cancel by calling 0371 200 0640. If the Gift Voucher has already been delivered, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
 
How can I pay for a Eurostar Gift Voucher?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.
 
What will appear on my card statement?
Your Eurostar Gift Voucher purchase will appear on your credit or debit card statement as 'Voucher Express'.
 
Can I send a Gift Voucher to myself?
Yes, of course. Many people choose to send the Gift Voucher to their own email address so they can print it off and present it as a gift. Simply enter your own address in the recipient email box and keep an eye on your inbox.
 
Can I buy Gift Vouchers to re-sell?
No, re-sale of Gift Vouchers sold via this website is strictly prohibited. If you have a business enquiry about Eurostar Gift Vouchers, email tuesdayann.castle@eurostar.com. Please note also that the use of any Eurostar imagery (including the logo) is prohibited without written permission. 
 

RECEIVING AND REDEEMING

What will the recipient receive?
On your specified delivery date, the recipient will get an email showing your message, the chosen design and a link to download the Gift Voucher. They'll need to confirm their email address to download it. Once they've confirmed their email address, they'll be given the Gift Voucher to use at eurostar.com, and sent another email with a PDF copy of the Gift Voucher attached.
 
Where and how can a Gift Voucher be redeemed?
Gift Vouchers can only be spent at eurostar.com.
 
How long is Gift Voucher valid for?
Eurostar Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the Gift Voucher itself.
 

SECURITY AND RELIABILITY

How do I know that my recipient has received their Gift Voucher?
We'll send you an email confirming when the recipient has collected their Gift Voucher.
 
What happens if my printed Gift Voucher is stolen or copied?
Once it's been downloaded, it's up to the recipient to keep the Gift Voucher safe. If someone else redeems it in full, the original copy will no longer have any value. If you suspect that someone may have copied or stolen your Gift Voucher, please call 0371 200 0640 immediately as any value that has not been redeemed can be blocked and a new Gift Voucher can be issued to you.
