Delivery 

1. You can choose to have Gift Voucher delivered instantly or at a later date.

2. Delivery of your Gift Voucher by email is free of charge.

3. The recipient will receive an email with a link to download the Eurostar Gift Voucher, which will be loaded with the chosen amount and ready to spend at eurostar.com. 

4. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

5. You'll receive another email when the Gift Voucher has been downloaded by the recipient.

6. If you need any help, call 0371 200 0640 or by email eurostar@voucherexpress.net. We're here Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 12:30pm. Please have your order number to hand. The phone will only be answered in English but emails will be dealt with in English, French or Dutch.
